[Jakarta, 01 July 2021] Twenty-three entrepreneurs leading twelve startups have been selected for Endeavor ScaleUp Growth Program (SGP), a non-dilutive growth program for Indonesia’s most promising high-impact entrepreneurs.

The first cohort during the kick-off session

The 3-month program offers founders access to Endeavor network and business leaders in their respective fields and a growth platform to help guide founders’ personal and professional growth as leaders and entrepreneurs.

Multiple tailored 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with Endeavor local/global network, in-depth high-impact panel discussions for fresh feedback & insights, access to the Endeavor investor network, and a dedicated account manager from the Endeavor Indonesia team are the main value offers, strengths, and differentiators that this program has.

To add, twelve Endeavor’s high-impact entrepreneurs are paired with the SGP1 participants as peer-to-peer support throughout the program. Those ‘Endeavor Buddies’ are Aaron Tan (Carro), Adrian Gunadi (Investree), Vincent Iswaratioso (Dana), Achmad Zaky (Init-6), Kevin Osmond (Printerous), Gibran Huzaifah (eFishery), Vikra Ijas (Kitabisa.com), Lingga Madu (Darutama), Rex Marindo (Foodizz.id), Marshall Pribadi (PrivyID), Iwan Kurniawan and Kelvin Teo (Funding Societies).

“Endeavor’s mission is to unlock the transformational power of entrepreneurship by selecting, supporting, and investing in the world’s top founders and providing them a platform to pay it forward. Endeavor Indonesia team has met with and thoroughly analyzed over 1,000 entrepreneurs over the past 8 years, identifying patterns among their most pressing challenges to scale up, and providing continuous support to scale-up companies. Currently, there is a gap in the ecosystem as little support is provided to growing companies between the accelerator/seed stage and the scale-up stage, thus this ScaleUp Growth Program is created. We hope that successful ScaleUp Growth Program graduates will subsequently be further supported with our existing Endeavor Entrepreneur track,” said Wayah Wiroto, the managing director of Endeavor Indonesia.

The Endeavor ScaleUp Growth Program is supported by Endeavor Entrepreneur companies Investree, DANA Indonesia, and Baba Rafi Enterprise. The companies are led by Adrian Gunadi, Vincent Iswaratioso, and Hendy Setiono respectively, and they have gone through the Endeavor selection process to become an Endeavor Entrepreneur. The ScaleUp Growth Program itself is an addition to Endeavor’s current track of selecting and helping larger high-growth companies.

Pro-bono consultations by the Boston Consulting Group Indonesia team are also provided as optional additions to the program, should the ScaleUp entrepreneurs need a discussion partner for a specific project/idea/challenge. DailySocial.id, the platform for innovation and technology, is the media partner for ScaleUp Growth Program.

All the journey of the Endeavor ScaleUp Growth Program from July — October will be documented in Endeavor Indonesia Instagram account (@ endeavor_indo) with the hashtag #scaleupgrowthprogram and its official website at www.scaleupgrowthprogram.org
