Background Story

After successfully establishing Citarasa Prima Group (Upnormal, Bakso Boedjangan, Nasgor Mafia, etc), Stefanie and her partners started to track back on their struggle in doing F&B businesses.

They found out that the lack of F&B education in society inspired them to give back to the community and launched another successful business based on their expertise.

Foodizz.id, the First F&B Education in Indonesia born with the idea of minimizing the risk that foodpreneurs have and helping them in scaling up their business.

What They Provide

Foodizz.id always upholds the value and essence of the community by providing plenty of knowledge & content for all foodpreneurs in Indonesia through various platforms: webinars, social media, group chat, downloadable materials, and many more. From operational, marketing, legal, to designing a physical restaurant.

With grand missions of creating 1 million jobs, supporting the growth of the culinary business ecosystem, and increasing the number of women entrepreneurs; in the Foodizz.id community, “no business is too small, and no story is too little. The spirit of togetherness is very thick.

Togetherness of Community

Due to the pandemics, the F&B industries are faced with transformational challenges in order to survive. Foodizz.id has done a lot these past months as a community leader to assist foodpreneurs on their journey through the crisis.

From opening access to 300+ premium videos to the public to collaborating with the government, the most recent one is with the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy in providing online training and talks to F&B entrepreneurs throughout Indonesia.

More Than Just A Platform

Stefanie stated that Foodizz.id cannot guarantee culinary success. In the end, it is the foodpreneurs themselves that becomes the main factor.

As the leading F&B education platform, Foodizz.id can assure they have all the knowledge needed for foodpreneurs to start, build, and sustain. As a large F&B community, they successfully manage to create a safe space environment for foodpreneurs to empower one another in order to develop each other’s mindset to succeed in the F&B industry.

Everyone has the chance to become foodpreneurs. She sees the F&B industry as very sustainable. Even during this unprecedented time, the growth is still there. Digital-heavy and ghost kitchen concepts are two things that are seen to become a trend in the future.

Being an entrepreneur itself is all about self-control. Focus and commit to what you want to achieve and surround yourself with the right people because there are saying by Jim Rohn, “You’re the average of the five people you spend most of your time with.” The people around you matter.
